Our independent Consultants are very important to us and so also is the order collection process very critical to Oriflame’s operation. The dispatch area usually has a large number of Consultants coming in to collect their orders, and even though queue ropes are available to maintain order, it is still not very orderly because Consultants are always gathered by the dispatch window area where orders are being delivered. Our working days every month are Mondays to Saturdays.
We would like to set up a ticketing system whereby Consultants get a number as they come in and are served in sequential order. That is, the person standing at the dispatch window is the only person collecting goods.
